Frank Soler
CEO
Frank Soler is the CEO of The Fortez Group.
Frank’s primary responsibilities are to drive corporate strategy, develop client solutions and manage the firm’s strategic partnerships.
He spent almost a decade advising public and private companies in Corporate M&A transactions at Deloitte Consulting, before shifting his focus to Real Estate.
Originally from Oyster Bay, Frank now resides in Huntington, NY. He is a graduate of Chaminade High School, where he is still actively engaged as a member of several alumni committees and holds both an undergraduate and Master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
Keith Conway
President & COO
Keith Conway is the President of The Fortez Group.
Keith’s primary responsibilities are managing relationships with clients, advisory professionals, and overseeing client delivery.
Prior to The Fortez Group, Keith was management consultant with McKinsey & Co. for 3 years, focused on Financial Services & Technology. Before joining McKinsey & Co., he spent 6 years with Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President in their Global Markets business. Keith started his career as an Analyst with Goldman Sachs Asset Management in their fundraising unit.
Originally from Floral Park, NY, Keith graduated Cum Laude from the University of Dayton in 2014, with a double major in Entrepreneurship & Marketing, with a Sales Management emphasis.
Andrew D’Ambrosio, CFA
Chief Investment Officer
Andrew D’Ambrosio is the CIO of The Fortez Group.
Andrew’s primary responsibilities are managing our investment portfolio and all transaction activities.
Andrew began his entrepreneurial journey in 2020 when he helped launch a specialty finance company targeting small businesses in the logistics space. Prior to this, Andrew spent 6 years with Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President in their Global Markets business where he worked on multi-asset solutions for pension funds, endowments, and foundations. He started his career as an Analyst with Goldman Sachs in their risk management unit.
Originally from Massapequa, NY, Andrew now resides in Fort Salonga. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University in 2014 and a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from New York University in 2019. Andrew also became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2022.
